Marc J. Bernstein is the founder, and a financial planner and strategist at MWealth advisers
an affiliate of AspireWealth Planners. Having grown up in a family business, he is experienced and knowledgeable regarding financial planning for closely held business owners.
Marc holds a BA in music from the University of Delaware. He graduated and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University College of Law, having also attended NYU School of Law. As an attorney he focused on the business sector, primarily the entertainment business and also has litigation experience. He later decided to enter the financial planning field, having always been interested in goal accomplishment and helping others to reach their personal financial aspirations, business planning and legacy goals.
Having spent 25 years as a Senior Partner in a major regional financial services firm, he founded MWealth advisers in 2015.
Through, Horner, Townsend and Kent, his dedicated team offers fee-based financial planning services and asset management strategies regarding: Financial Position, Protection Planning, Investment Accumulation Planning, Tax Efficient Strategies, Retirement Distribution Planning and Wealth Transfer Planning.
Marc gets great satisfaction from seeing clients progress toward their lifetime financial and legacy goals. Marc's strong work ethic is evident in his dedication to the success of his clients. A chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and Chartered Adviser in Philanthropy (CAP®). He has been active in community affairs and fundraising efforts for organizations that include the American Cancer Society, Variety – The Children’s Charity of the Delaware Valley, Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, and the American Technion Society. An accomplished musician, he writes and records original music. Marc enjoys golf, bicycling, exercise and meditation.

Prior to joining AspireWealth, Ryan worked at Bankers Life in King of Prussia, PA. He enjoyed success as an Adviser by being named as Rookie of the Month twice in his first six months. Ryan was promoted to the Unit Field Trainer due to his consistent results, talent, and ability to lead. Wanting to further his knowledge in the industry, he obtained his securities license and was eventually named Unit Sales Supervisor of his office shortly thereafter. Within two years of assuming that role, he built a team of 35 advisers that were recognized collectively as a Top 5 team nationally. At AspireWealth, Ryan specializes in the following target markets: small businesses, personal financial strategies, athletes, and Millennials.
Born and raised in Sellersville, PA, Ryan graduated from Liberty University earning his undergraduate degree while serving as Captain of the Football team that finished Top 10 Nationally in 1-AA his senior year. Following college, Ryan played 3 seasons as a Professional Football Player in the Arena Football League before beginning his career in Financial Services. He is still involved in the game serving as a Member of the Maxwell Football Clubs’ High School Awards Committee.
Ryan resides in Philadelphia, PA with his wife, Jessica, and enjoys traveling in his time away from work.

David joined AspireWealth Planners in November 2014 as Managing Partner. He has been described by many as highly committed, very enthusiastic, intensely loyal and extremely knowledgeable in the areas of financial strategy and leadership.

David served as Managing Director there from 2009-2014, during which time the firm achieved MetLife’s Leaders status. Prior to IWS, David worked as a Division Manager at Creative Financial Group and was at Deloitte & Touche for 2 years. At CFG, his teams earned Chairman’s Council (6 qualifiers), Master’s Council (5 qualifiers), and Leader’s Council (10 qualifiers). He worked directly with 6 of the top 10 producers in the Metlife/NEF distribution channels, resulting in overall divisional GDC in excess of $17 million. He led the strategic practice development and team building of the New England Financial Flagship winner for five consecutive years.
Over the course of his career, Dave has received many of the industries’ most prestigious awards, including Chairman's Council Qualifier (Sales Manager of the Year) and the New England Financial Master Managing Associate Award for the retention of existing producers and development of new recruits. He has won the Agency Builders Managing Associate Award annually since becoming a Sales Manager in 1996 and is a multiple winner of New England Financial's Sales Manager of the Year award.
Active in the community, he is heavily involved with local charities and is a supporter of the Andy Talley Bone Marrow Foundation, the Variety Club as well as co-founder of the Children’s Hope Foundation. Children's Hope Foundation has awarded in excess of $100,000 in scholarships to children directly or indirectly impacted by cancer. In recognition of his profound accomplishments with the Children's Hope Foundation charity, David has been awarded the esteemed Edward E. Phillip Award for Outstanding Citizenship. With AspireWealth Planners, he is actively involved in the Andy Talley Bone Marrow Foundation.
David resides in Garnet Valley, PA with his wife, Gina, and their four children: Robert, Rachel, Dominic, and Gabrielle.

As Operations Manager, Don will be responsible for managing the facilities in both our Hunt Valley, MD and Newark, DE locations, oversee new business processing, manage finances and budgets, as well as, help with human resource functions during the on-boarding process.
Don started his career as an adviser, and went on to serve in controls and operations. He comes to AspireWealth with over 22 years of industry experience. Prior to joining AspireWealth Planners, Don worked as Practice Manager at Metropolis Wealth advisers where he helped manage the practice of 5 advisers. Don also served as Assistant Operations Manager at MetLife where he reviewed both incoming and outgoing correspondence, helped submit new business inquiries, processed checks, and completed annual compliance reviews for local advisers. Don holds his Series 6, 7, 66, and 24.
Don currently resides in Sparks, MD with his wife, Julie, and two children, Matthew (13), and Charlie (6). During this time away from work, Don enjoys spending time with his family and friends, volunteering with the Autism Society of Baltimore County, and playing tennis.

Sheila comes to AspireWealth with 24 years of industry experience. Most recently, Sheila served as Sales Manager at Prudential where she was responsible for training and developing advisers, as well as, assisting with joint sales opportunities. Previously, Sheila served as Regional Vice President for 14 years supporting investment product firms such as ING and Allianz covering the Mid-Atlantic region for Marketing and Sales of variable annuities.
In her leadership role at AspireWealth, Sheila will be responsible for leveraging her existing relationships in the Mid-Atlantic region, expanding our services and solutions in the communities we serve, and helping to attract, retain and develop talent to our firm.
Sheila currently resides in Phoenix, MD and enjoys spending time with her family and friends during her time away from work.

Chris joined AspireWealth Planners in August 2018. He is responsible for helping assist the continued growth of the organization, and overall growth and development of the firm’s adviser base.
Chris comes to us with 30 plus years of experience in financial services including overseeing and directing operations for complex broker dealers and registered investment adviser organizations. Chris has an in depth knowledge of serving as a team leader with a history of building, training, developing, and directing high performance sales and operations teams. He is also proficient in developing and implementing new services and technology to help support practice development.
At AspireWealth Planners, Chris is dedicated to leading advisers and adviser teams by helping educate them and support their businesses through strategic planning and execution, relationship building, and team building & leadership. Regardless of whether or not an adviser is brand new in the business or an industry veteran, Chris will proudly serve as their advocate to help them achieve the goals and objectives of helping support their clientele achieve financial independence throughout all life’s stages. Chris will proudly serve as a valuable resource for advisers within the firm to ensure our advisers receive the optimum support necessary to take their practices to the next level, and help their clients receive the highest level of service possible.
Chris will be responsible for expanding our services and solutions in the communities we serve, and helping to attract, retain and develop talent in our firm. He will play an integral role in connecting advisers to the firm’s value proposition which places the advisers in the center of a resource group which includes case design strategy, business development, adviser teaming and development, and practice management.
Chris will proudly serve as a valuable resource for advisers within the firm to ensure our advisers receive the optimum support necessary to take their practices to the next level, and help their clients receive the highest level of service possible. Additionally, he will be extremely active in positioning AspireWealth Planners as the firm of choice among strategic alliance relationships, the business owner marketplace, diverse communities and more. His efforts will play a major role in making sure AspireWealth Planners is the premier resource for wealth accumulation and wealth preservation for all of our customers.
Chris graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He currently holds the following industry related licenses: FINRA, Series 6, Series 7, Series 24, Series 26, Series 51, Series 63, Series 65, and Life and Health. Additionally, he is a member of Professional Affiliations including GAMA, NAIFA, and the Financial Planning Association.
Chris’s career is a family affair, as his wife is not only a top Financial Adviser but also his partner for their most important team—their family. Chris and his wife, Anurati, currently reside in Brookeville, MD with their daughter, Maya. Chris’s passions include his family, travel, photography, film, golf, and coaching Fastpitch Softball.

Anthony comes to AspireWealth Planners with 26 years of experience. Prior to joining AspireWealth, Anthony worked as a Disability Specialist for Guardian Insurance. He also served as a registered representative, sales manager, and wholesaler focusing on Life Insurance, Disability, Long Term Care, and Annuities for MetLife for over 24 years. Additionally, Anthony worked as a commodity floor broker for ten years on the New Y0rk Commodity Exchange. He traded Gold and Silver futures.
As a Sales Specialist, Anthony will focus on the development and evolution of advisors and advisor teams, along with helping drive life insurance and annuity education and sales throughout the firm. Anthony has a long track record of success, both as an adviser and in management.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Anthony attended and graduated from Kingsborough Community College with a Business Degree. He currently resides in Middletown, DE with his wife, Paula. They have three children Michael, Nicholas, and Anthony. During his time away from work, Anthony enjoys fishing, hunting, and softball.
